Not having the correct measurements can cause delays in receiving your jewerly in a timely manner for your special or gift giving occasion.
Unless you're absolutely certain of the proper length for your necklace or bracelet, to ensure a comfortable fit it's vital to determine your correct measurements. One method is to measure exactly the length of a necklace or bracelet you already own. If they are too long or too short, please factor that in when ordering the proper length.
You can also try using either a cloth or sewing type measuring tape (or even thread). Match the location on your wrist where your comfortable bracelets or watch usually rest and wrap securely around your wrist. Take that measurement and then add anywhere from 1 inch to up to 1 1/2 inches depending on your preference.
Please bear in mind that some materials such as sterling silver, natural stones and lampwork beads are naturally heavy and/or more bulky and may lay differently on your wrist than a chain will. |
